By accessing our website, applying for services, or engaging in our Communication Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Our services are only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

3. Faith Lending Communication Consent

Faith Lending uses phone calls and text messages (SMS) for communications related to your application, pre-qualification status, loan offers, and reminders.

• Required Transactional Phone Calls: By providing your mobile phone number, you authorize Faith Lending to contact you via phone call (including automated technology) for the mandatory pre-qualification screening and essential transactional updates. This is a required element of our application service.

• Optional Promotional Text Messaging: Unless you explicitly check the opt-out box on our submission form, you are providing express written consent to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from or on behalf of Faith Lending.

• Automatic Dialing System (ATDS): Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or non-ATDS technologies.

• No Condition of Purchase (Crucial Clause): Your consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Faith Lending.

• Cost: Message and data rates may be applied by your mobile carrier. You are responsible for all charges.

• Opt-Out: To cancel the promotional SMS program, text STOP to our number at any time. You will receive a confirmation message. Opting out of SMS does not revoke consent for the required transactional phone call.

• HELP: For assistance, text HELP to our number.

• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that our services, including the text messaging program, will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

Faith Lending will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of our services, including damages related to the delay or failure of text message delivery.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the services after any change means you accept the revised Terms.
